TheApphelpsyou:

1.SetyourDNDpreferences.Alltelemarketersarerequiredtoobeyyourpreferenceswithin7daysoftheirbeingset.
2.LodgeaUCCcomplaintwithyourserviceprovider.TheComplaintsmssentagainstspamsms/callwillbesentto1909intheformatprescribedbyTRAIandwillnotbecharged.TheRegulationsrequireactiontobetakenagainstoffendingtelemarketerwithin7days,whichcouldleadtofinesand/ordisconnectionofline.
3.Checkthestatusofcomplaintsfiledbyyou.

TheApprequirespermissiontoaccessyouraddressbooktodistinguishbetweencalls/messagesfromyoursavedcontactsandthosefromunknowntelemarketers.Youcontactlistisnotuploadedtothebackend,norsharedinanymanner.
