Instead,justwatchthedoingsofthemind.Thisistherealprocessofmeditation.Simplywatchingthemind'splayasanon-doeri.e.withoutinvolvingoridentifyingwithit,dissolvesallunnecessarythoughts,negativitiesanddualitiesofthemind,andyourmind-bodygraduallyrelaxes.Vishvasmeditationbyitsverynatureistechniqueless,sowecan'treallygiveyouany'tricks'or'rules'.Itissimplypureawareness.Moreover,VishvasMeditationhasnosideeffectssinceitdoesnothaveanytechniqueormethod.Itisaverynaturalprocess-adirectapproachtothemind.
