Thismoduleallowsregisteringandeditingworkingtime.

YoucanuseSmartphoneorTabletasaWorkTimeRecorder,leavingitwiththeapplicationrunningattheentrancetotheworkplace.CommunicationbetweendevicesiscarriedoutusingtheNFCmodule.Anemployeewillhavetobringhisphoneclosetothedeviceinordertostartorendhisworktime.

Theapplicationwillgeneratedetailedreportsforyou,including:

-registeredworktime
-overtime
-unpaidbreaks
-estimatedremuneration

Alldataregardingtimeandattendancecanbeexportedtoexcelfile.

2.Workschedule

Applicationallowscreatingandeditingtheworkingscheduleeasily.

Youwillbeabletoseeadailyandmonthlysummaryforanemployee,includingdatasuchas:

-numberofindividualshifts
-numberofindividualdaysoff
-estimatedremunerationfortheemployee

Theschedulewillbeavailableintheapplicationforallemployeeswhohaveit,forothersthereisapossibilityofgeneratingapdffilewhichcanbeprintedorsenttothem.

Ifchangestotheschedulearemadeforanemployee,hewillbeautomaticallyinformedaboutitbysystemnotifications.


3.Leavemanagement

Thankstothismodule,employeeswillbeabletosenddayoffrequestsusingtheapplication.Whenanemployeesendsarequest,everypersonauthorizedtousethismodulewillbeinformedaboutitbysystemnotifications.

Afterconsideringtherequest,theemployeewillbenotifiedaboutthedecision.

Youwillhaveinsightintoallthetakenandplannedholidaydaysofyouremployees.
