【申诉流程三部曲】
1、用户只需要在Fedup提交了申诉内容（填写内容仅需1-2分钟即可完成）
2、一经受理后，会由Fedup专业的航空专家及法务团队进行研判，对有机会索赔的申诉，会向航空公司交涉并提出诉求。
3、若成功申诉，赔偿金额将会返回用户的支付账户。
