WiththeAutoSyncfeature,thestepscanbeautomaticallytransferredfromyourFitbitaccounttoGoogleFit.Ifyouprefermanualsynchronization,thereminderfunctionhelpsyoutorememberthis.Bothfunctionscanbeactivatedunderthemenuitem"Settings"whenrequired.TheAutoSyncfunctionallowsyoutochoosebetweendifferentintervals.
