FEEDBACK.IfyougivefeedbackabouttheXboxGamePassAppbetatoMicrosoft,yougivetoMicrosoft,withoutcharge,therighttouse,shareandcommercializeyourfeedbackinanywayandforanypurpose.Youalsogivetothirdparties,withoutcharge,anypatentrightsneededfortheirproducts,technologiesandservicestouseorinterfacewithanyspecificpartsofaMicrosoftsoftwareorservicethatincludesthefeedback.YouwillnotgivefeedbackthatissubjecttoalicensethatrequiresMicrosofttolicenseitssoftwareordocumentationtothirdpartiesbecauseweincludeyourfeedbackinthem.Theserightssurvivethisagreement.
